We had a great experience at Cozy Homes in Preston Plano. Dean was extremely nice and helpful. He patiently guided us through trying different chairs to match our selected dining table. His excellent range of furniture made it easy to find exactly what we wanted. The prices are quite affordable, and there’s a beautiful selection of chic, stylish items to choose from. The store has a wonderful variety of furniture, and I ended up buying a beautiful bedroom set along with the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. Truly the best sleep I’ve ever had! The delivery was prompt, hassle-free, and they worked around my time constraints, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. We ordered a sofa, coffee table, accent chairs, and dining room set from Cozy Home. The customer service has been excellent from purchase date to delivery. Communication and updates also great from day one! Delivery team was professional and made sure all was perfect before they left. Highly recommend!
We were not planning on purchasing anything when we stopped by Cozy Home to check them out but we’re so impressed by the quality and flexibility of choices we went ahead with a custom order. Our sofa was delivered right when they said it would. Incredible quality, everything as ordered.
