I went to get my phone repaired, it was a insurance claim, I was ignored, until a nice gentleman came from the back of the store and asked if I needed assistance, he tried to repair my phone but didn't have the part available. The other gentleman seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. I would skip this place and just go iphix phones awesome service, and only charged me $15 and I was not ignored for 20 minutes. I would not recommend cpr to anyone, unless you want to just simply waste your time.
super convenient just like 10 minutes from my apartment. replaced my iphone battery on once occasion (got it back within hours) and cleaned the water damage + replaced screen for my macbook on another occasion. super friendly people. macbook took longer since there was a mixup with the parts (I was a little annoyed), but happy with the results and it was totally understandable. got the water cleaning included in the screen replacement price. thanks! lesson learned about apple products and applecare (: also very clear explanations and service. I'd go back again.
Do not get your device repaired here! I went in for a simple screen repair today, through my insurance with tmobile. Upon picking up my device I noticed the housing of my device was misaligned with the screen. When addressing the issue the technician became defective and aggressive. I immediately left the store in fear and contacted t-mobile and I will be getting my device repaired elsewhere which wouldn't be needed if the job was properly done initially.
My phone was in the worst shape possible (Samsung S205G) adhesive melted off, heat damage that made my phone unusable, etc. They honestly fixed my phone to the point it looks brand new like when I bought in 2021 and it charges like when I first bought and I mean lightning quick. These guys are straight up wizards, can't nobody tell me otherwise. I definitely would go back, recommend and I also am looking forward to them fixing other items like laptops, gaming accessories, consoles, etc that I need fixing. Wish I found these guys much sooner than I did but better late than never!
You are such a huge scam! I asked your staff clearly on the very first day I went there if they could check my phone to see what was wrong, and they didn’t charge me anything—only said I’d have to pay for the charging port because that’s what they found was broken. You made me pay a $50 down payment for the charging port, but the part that arrived was defective. I’ve already gone back and forth to your store three times to get the phone repaired. First, the charging outlet you received was defective, and now you’re saying the motherboard is the problem. I’m asking for a refund of my down payment, but you refuse to give it back because you claim it’s already paid for the diagnostics? How scammy is that? You didn’t even fix my phone, and yet you won’t return my money? You have some nerve charging such an expensive diagnostic fee that your first agent never even disclosed to me.
