I had a bad experience with a previous phone repair location and was offered to go to this location. The store rep was very nice and patient even when I needed to reschedule. I appreciate his assistance and would definitely come back. Thank you so much for fixing my son's phone.
The two gentlemen working were so joyous and helpful. Took my phone in for a front and back repair, they gave me an accurate time when my phone would be expected to be fished and also offered accessories without being pushy. These two are a great example of how you should be at work. Confident, professional and respectful. On top of it now my phone looks so pretty 😍
I brought my mobile phone in a couple weeks ago, after stupidly walking into Barton with it in my back pocket. I was told it would be a ~$70 up front fee to for a general cleaning, then if still needed, the screen may need to be repaired at an additional charge, which I was fine with. They did not have a screen in stock so had to order one, thus it took about a week before I got the phone back. While the phone is now 'working', unfortunately, it is not fully functioning. I found out within a day of getting it back that, 1. the camera auto-zoom function no longer works so it is basically impossible to take photos as everything is out of focus, 2. the speaker is still damaged, it makes buzzing noises and I am unable to make calls using speaker phone as no one one the other line can hear me. I have to now use a headset to make calls. While I'm glad to have gotten the phone working at all again, as there was a lot of data on it that I would have lost otherwise, I also cannot say I'm fully satisfied since the phone is no longer fully functional. It may be that these elements were beyond repair due to the water damage so I don't think that I have any recourse as far as bringing it back. Just leaving an honest review. In every other respect the service provided was satisfactory. If they would like to offer to try to make the additional repairs at no extra charge I will be happy to update the review.
Breath of fresh air. From intro call to service, Carlos exceeded expectations on lightning portal fix. Great location, super clean storefront, super pro. Cant recommend enough.
Cracked my iPhone screen in an accident. Apple tested the phone and determined only the screen was damaged, but wanted $400 for repair so I went to CPR. I selected the 120hz OLED aftermarket panel for $200+ dollars. The first screen was so grainy that it was hard to read in low light. CPR replaced this screen with a second however this latest screen doesn’t wake up every 5-10 attempts to power on the display. It simply goes to minimum brightness. I tried to replace this latest screen and was told it must be the phones internals despite Apples diagnosis. A few weeks later and the display is grainy, the colors are completely blown out, and all around the dynamic island are dead pixels. CPR refused to return my money and never reached back out despite telling me they would install another panel from a new delivery. Lesson learned. I should have paid Apple to replace the screen.
