Luke provided great customer care and I will be taking another phone to him as well! He took care of my front and back screen of my phone - amazing job! And, he also is going to take care of my other phone, the camera is nicked some. I highly recommend their services!!
Didn’t fix the phone and more damage from the handling while cleaning happened to the screen so I paid non-refundable money and dealing with more issues!
I needed a new battery for my old iPhone. Apple has tough security so no one else can service them. Luke was very patient and spent 20 minutes doing a work around. It turned out my mother board was also damaged and said it wouldn't be worth replacing the battery. Kevin, also, was very nice, and didn't charge any diagnostic fee. I highly recommend them!!
Went in for a screen repair. After some pixels dropped out.Got it back thinking that everything was ok. Went to plug it in and couple hours later. A memo automatically popped up. Saying to unplug the phone because it was overheating. Phone was just sitting for about 45 minutes unused. Tried wireless. Same thing. This would have been known. If he simply checked behind his own work. Went back the next day. He said he would be able to fix it in about 40 - 50 minutes. After stringing me along for about 2 hours. His partner comes out and says they can't fix it and isn't sure what's going on. They can order a part but it's a 50% chance that it might work. He looked like he couldn't believe himself. Then suggested for me to use my insurance and they'll pay the deductible. I finally broke down and did that. Had to go back in to collect it. More time and money lost. Wouldn't even cover the tax on the deductible. Through all 3 visits. I never once got an apology or any sign of remorse. I hope you have insurance and don't love your current phone. They'll be happy to have an easy out. This also put me in a situation where I no longer have expandable memory on my phone. After using my insurance.
I don't like to do things like this, but it is sort of necessary given the nature of the situation. I went in to get my charger port repaired on my phone. The price was fine, and so was the service, until I received my phone after the repair. They had cracked my screen protector, probably with tweezers given where and how it cracked. My problem is that afterwards, they didn't compensate me in anyway for the broken screen protector before charging me for the repairs. I am not mad, but I am disappointed and worried about what this says about the business as a whole. If they would still charge me full price for the repair and not give me a referral to get it replaced, what would have been done if that happened to an internal part of my phone? How much worse off would I have been if they kept that same level of negligence? Fortunately, the charger port that was installed works just fine and I was able to find a replacement for my screen protector, but I had to go elsewhere to get it. I give CPR Phone repair two stars, as while my phone repair was made, the convivence of service was lost when my screen protector was broke from tampering unnecessary to the repair made, and no free service was offered to amend this fact. I still hold out hope that they can make this right, but as of now, they haven't. Here are pictures of the screen protector for reference Update: Given the fact that the owner decided to respond but there was no actual attempt at reaching out to me, this tells me this is a place that overtly lies in these responses. If they are willing to lie here, what do you think they'll lie about when it comes to your phone? I have updated star rating to more accurately reflect my experience.
