⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m so grateful to Aya and Ehab at CPR Orlando! They gave me the best deal on financing my HeyBike (EBike), and it has been life-changing. My son gets to school with no worries now, and I appreciate their help more than words can say!
🚨🚨BUYER BEWARE🚨🚨 TLDR; caused more damage than they repaired, stole $40 from us, their employees suspect each other of malicious intent, and the cost of repair increased exponentially. Two incidents: First, I had an iPhone that had been exposed to steam and had water in the camera housing. Completely and entirely functional otherwise, just a blurry image on the camera. Brought it in for them to take care of, should've been a quick $25 clean, however when I went to retrieve my phone the screen had stopped functioning entirely. CPR had caused enough damage to make the phone unusable, I would have been better off not going in as I would have at least had a working phone. They then made me pay for expedited shipping (an extra $20 they had previously guaranteed would not be charged as the damage was their fault) of a $150 non OEM part (that has since caused consistent overheating issues and has discolored pixels) in order to replace the damage that was caused while the phone was in their care. There was no warning or any indication that their attempt to "help" would cause an 850% increase in repair costs. Second, an older phone had a cracked screen that needed a $120 new screen. This went smoothly and the phone functions fine. However, when we went to pick up the phone they had applied a $40 screen protector without permission. When we asked them to take it back and remove the charge they claimed there was nothing they could do as CPR had already applied the screen protector and we HAD to pay it. So a further 33% increase in repair costs. We went in to ask for the managers contact information at a later date and retold the story and a different employee said "he was probably just trying to increase sales." Total frauds.
Awesome service. I had issue with my phone during work. I had to stopped and came to his shop. He got it back on working for me in just minutes and gave me info to replace my screen with best price. Will refer friends or others to come work with this shop and nice gentle man.
