After my car accident, Craig’s automotive made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they were easy to work with, and they handled everything with my insurance company seamlessly. The process was straightforward and stress-free, and my Subaru Outback looks great (inside and out)! I truly appreciate how professional and organized they were and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
When my wife was driving into town and moose jumped the guardrail and smashed into the side of my wife’s Subaru Outback causing a good amount of damage to the passenger side of the car. The insurance company gave a me a couple places that I could take my car to. A couple of them were national chains collision centers. I wanted to keep my business with a locally owned company. I read several reviews and settled on Craig’s Collision Center. I spoke with Eric at Craig’s, he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient for me. I drove the car to Craig’s, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks. Eric, either sent me an email or gave me a call several times to explain where my car was in the process of the repair. Two weeks later my car was ready for delivery. Eric and the team at Craigs Collision Center did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone
They did an amazing job on my 2021 Equinox! The car literally looks like it came off the showroom floor! They even did a pretty good interior cleaning on it before I picked it up! 10/10 would recommend!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received at Craig's! Our car was pretty damaged in a t-bone accident, and we had heard great things about Craig's, so we trusted them with our family SUV. Eric was so professional and helpful, and he kept us up-to-date on every step of the process. Our SUV looks great again, and we will absolutely go back if we need work done again.
I’m blown away at the service, honesty, expediency, and the quality of the job they did for me. They gave me the most comprehensive estimate, they got all work done in the timeline they originally gave me. There were tons of little extras going above and beyond. Great job!!! I wasn’t impressed by the lady on the phone (she wasn’t very nice). But all the guys I dealt with in person were very friendly, and did a great job taking care of my baby!! Can’t recommend them enough. They worked with my insurance and made it all easy.
