This place is incredible. I couldn’t possibly have had a better experience and I have Nate to thank for that. What a charming, charismatic, and smart gentlemen. He really knew his stuff when it came to cars— I was beyond impressed. Give this wonderful man a raise because he really goes above and beyond… even in the cold, which it was very chilly tonight.
I cannot speak more highly of this team/location! My car was in a minor accident but still had damage and the insurance company had me go here to get it fixed. I didn't know what to expect but the team was super friendly, helpful and so on top of everything. They fixed my car quicker than I expected and even apologized for the delay when I got there even though they delivered it quicker than they said it would be ready. They explained what was fixed and it was a really easy process. Oh, and they have a system that texts you updates everyday once the fix is in progress and that was amazing so I didn't have to wonder or check up on when it'd be ready. 10/10
APPALLING lack of integrity and professionalism. I got my car back jacked up, not once, not twice but 3 times. Trip NO 1. Paint ran and dried lumpy on hood and bumper, crooked bumper and hood, damaged parking sensor. Trip NO 2. 24 hours later, they have the nerve to give back the car without fixing anything with the addition of new damage. Trip NO 3. Took the car for a week, paint looks good, bumper and hood are still crooked and over the past few weeks bumper and hood gaps are even bigger as the bumper is coming loose. I am beyond livid. The insurance company and myself are done with this place. I have an appointment at a reputable body shop this week who is going to fix the body work properly. A lawsuit is not out of the question. I will be taking these clowns to court. This is a 2020 Jaguar bought brand new off the showroom floor that had minimal front bumper damage from a parking lot fender bender. Crash Champions are con artists who don't properly fix their vehicles. RUN AWAY from this place. UPDATE 10/23 Crash Champions left the vehicle in worse shape than anticipated. Not only is the bumper on crooked, but also the hood and two front sided panels. In addition there is permanent marker with the words "ALIGN" and arrow which were baked into the fresh paint by the sun on the hood. The car being disassembled so a proper body shop can reassess the actual damage (It's obvious to a professional they did not actually repair the vehicle) I was told their is likely more extensive damage which they missed. You don't get another shot. I'd be an idiot to believe this was not intentional. once? Okay just fix it but 3 times? You need to be investigate for fraud. Your company is shady. You knew exactly what you were doing. Shame on You.
I got into an accident on my way to my own graduation 3 weeks ago. Hit by a deer sadly. I was a little nervous as I dropped off a brand new BMW in mint condition to this location. It took 3 weeks to fix, when i returned I was in awe of the work this company did. Amazing work. Car looks newer than what condition I bought the car in. Amazing work. Amazing paint job. I truly appreciate the work this company did on my car. I was fully prepared to give as honest of a review that I could give and this is it. Amazing job!
I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the beginning of our interaction to the end. Everyone was so nice and so pleasant. Jeff was very transparent with me up front letting me know that due to Covid certain parts were taking a little longer to get. I dropped my car off on 12/29/22 and wasn’t expecting to see it again till February or March. So I was completely shocked when they called me today 1/10/23 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I 100% will be recommending them to everyone I know or meet that needs to get their car fixed!!!!!
