Me and my girlfriend (with our 3 kids) spent well over $160 (by the time we recharged our cards, got snacks & drinks and bought activities) and were all having fun…until we lost a card that had over 8,000 tickets on it!!! I had the online receipt of buying 2 new cards with the online $100 gift card we started with, but they weren’t able to find the card number of the other two card we’d brought back in with us… so my only warning is either don’t LOSE a card or take pictures of the numbers on the back of your cards when you get them, so you don’t spend a ton of money n lose all your prizes!!! 😑 And KEEP your receipts every time you reload!!! Because even management said they couldn’t help me without those, which was extremely disappointing. I spent waayyy too much money here today to lose nearly all the prize tickets. Not to mention all the previous times we’ve visited and hung out here more. My kiddos were really upset because my youngest had won 5,000 tickets in Candy Crush n that has never happened to us before!!! She was so excited when it happened… :( Yet, when asked for a manager and they said there was nothing more they could do… really disappointed CrazyPins. I know it’s not your fault the card was lost but there’s got to be a better system or way to keep track of cards. I also feel like a good manager would’ve at least done SOMETHING to try and make it right. Also, at least 5-6 Arcade games and toy machines were not working today. Please keep up on maintaining your equipment.

If you have a lot of money to spend on the children or yourself this is the place to go. Food is ok but expensive which is to be expected. They do serve alcohol for adults having a fun time. The bowling was fun. When you redeem your tickets the selection is good.

Super fun time. Mini golf was a nice little course for beginners and experts alike. Had an issue with a couple of redemption games not working correctly, but staff fixed the lost credit issue for us. Will definitely return.

Laser tag is so fun formoat ages the beginning video is fun and informative plus the gear is big man certified i weigh 413lbs. And it fit me 👍 Putt putt was clean, festive and fun! 😁 The arcade games though not all working were a BLAST!!! We did not bowl but the bowling atmosphere is Electric. The Staff did not know everything but there were staff that helped real well so a little searching on our end for the good deals. Go to front desk over kiosk for BEST DEALS!! Go to kiosk for quick and easy. We've had the food before and the pizza was pretty good

We had a great time for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday! We rolled for two hours with the bumpers up 🤣 We had a great time! I received a ticket from breastie’s. The whole box was nice. We all wore pink for breast cancer awareness. I’d like to thank the bartender who managed to get me a cute little cocktail cup with green sprite for Vi. Arcade was also pretty fun but we were beat after two hours of bowling. Thanks Crazy Pinz!
