Crimson Codes Escape Rooms was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an Escape Room. The professional welcome and introduction/explanation by Jules was excellent and the entire group I brought for a client appreciation event were energized and enthusiastic the whole time! The room itself was awesome!! No detail was overlooked and it was very exciting from start to finish!! I recommend Crimson Codes to family, friends, and colleagues whenever the opportunity presents itself and will continue to do so! Looking forward to my next adventure there hopefully soon! Cheers!! By far one of the best experiences me and my group has had in an escape room. We did the asylum and it was super detailed and well thought out. The atmosphere and puzzles being unique gave us a memorable experience and the staff were so friendly and just overall awesome. 10/10 experience, would go back!!

Visited Crimson Codes with my escape group - we've got dozens of escape rooms under our belts, and this place did not disappoint! People - First and foremost, the staff were excellent. Attentive, flexible, and really friendly. Sarah and John were a pleasure to be gamemastered by, and just to hang out and chat with about escape room theory afterwards. Great people. Rooms - As for the rooms, we did Hollow Point Inn, and Asylum. Both rooms were very good. Stories were on point and featured as part of the room. The puzzles were challenging but always made sense thematically and were fun! I often have notes coming out of an escape room as my group enjoys giving feedback having done so many.... for these rooms - none. Very well executed. The bad - not much here... I guess the walk through the basement corridor to find the entrance is the worst part of it... lol. (and it's not bad :) ) Note: they do have an elevator for those who find stairs a challenge. Overall - It was a great experience, with great people, and I'll be back to finish their offerings.

A group of us did the Asylum today and was very impressed with the mix of puzzles in the room. The room was very authentic and gave us a very “spooky” experience which we all enjoyed. The staff was very hospitable and pleasant to speak with. Will most definitely come back and try the other rooms. Thank you Crimson Codes for this wonderful experience!

Wow very taken aback at this escape room. Went here with a group of 7 wanting to do the Taken room. When we got there, the employee immediately said that our group was not suited for Taken saying that we had too many people, and could not do the full room experience DESPITE the website indicating that this room is best for groups of 5-10. wow. We asked why this was advertised as such, and she could not give an adequate response. Ended up having to do the Asylum room instead. Room was quite easy, even though the success rate was 22%. Did not understand why it was so low when we were not only given areas to start, but also that the clues were so straightforward. Very misleading, finished without much hassle in around 40 mins. Very much not worth the price, room was much too easy to be deemed 'moderate'. The worst part of my experience was getting told that the room we were supposed to do would have suited our group much better! Shockingly, after we finished, a different employee said that the Taken room was actually perfect for our group of 7, including a much more interactive experience. Not sure why the first employee lied to us but felt disappointed and dissatisfied. Would have really wanted to do Taken but now unsure if the room nor this escape games location is appropriate. TLDR: wanted to do Taken but was gaslit not to, ended up doing really easy room
