Thoroughly enjoyed my time in the store in Sunday 1/4/26 The Young Lady helped me resolve my issue of my husband watching TV late at night. 🤭 I LOVE the deal! 😆 The young Lady was very professional! I actually left the store and came back because I REALLY wanted the headphones!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ash at this store deserves every bit of praise. From the moment I walked in, she had the kind of energy you can’t teach — sharp, professional, and genuinely locked in. She didn’t just help me find what I needed… she put me on game. I came in for one thing and left with a top-tier suitcase and a pair of headphones I didn’t even know I needed. And here’s the thing — I never once felt pressured. Ash knows her product, knows her people, and knows how to match the right items with the right customer. That’s real talent. Her customer service is A1: respectful, confident, and efficient. She’s a natural hustler in the best way — the kind of employee who moves the sales needle without ever compromising the customer experience. If her leadership team is reading this: she’s the type of person you invest in. Give that woman a raise, a bonus, a promotion — something. She earned it. Ash, keep shining. I stopped her after a work tradeshow to pick up my kids a gift. Alec was so helpful and friendly. He helped me pick out gifts for them that were perfect for their age!! They also have a nice selection of electronic things that you cannot find elsewhere. I totally recommend this store!!! Thank you Alec, I will be back!
