This was my first visit with a numismatist, ie coin expert and I must say I was very impressed. I had a brief case full of coins so I was smart to book an appointment because Stephen Cash the coin expert was very thorough. He scanned and checked every coin. Stephen was definitely a subject matter expert. It took us almost 4 hours. I must say it was well worth it. I had a ballpark figure from my own research and I left well above it that so I will be back very soon. I noticed all the employees were also very knowledgeable and fare with the customers. No high pressure to sell or buy. If you want quality jewelery and coins this is the place. No fakes, no conterfits, no slugs. Best prices. They pay top dollar.
Avoid this seller if you care about quality or authenticity. I would absolutely not purchase silver from here if you’re expecting anything high-grade. The quality was extremely disappointing. I’m also very concerned that the graded coins I received may have been tampered with. Coins labeled MS69 should be nearly flawless, yet these had clearly visible, large scratches that are impossible to miss. On top of that, there was black lint and debris inside the plastic casing, which should never happen with professionally graded coins. This raises serious red flags about handling, storage, or outright manipulation. At best, this is careless and misleading; at worst, it’s deceptive. Either way, I have zero confidence in the integrity of the products being sold here and would strongly recommend buyers look elsewhere.
Very unhelpful. I asked for a simple ring fix on a clasp and they said they couldn't help me. Then said well we can but we have a 60 dollar min. Which I thought was funny. Not to mention I had several hundreds of dollars in my pocket to spend on additional Christmas gifts. Flat out told me they don't and couldn't clean my watch Bezel either. They only deal with Rolex and send those out for repair. A total waste of my time and according to there advertisements they do it all. A shame. Spend your money at Zale's instead, 100% unprofessional.
Highly recommend Crown Jewel & Coin. Cathy is absolutely amazing ! I first met her while I was inquiring about some Native American jewelry about a year ago & she assisted me. Recently I returned to her at Crown to look for a wedding ring as my fiancé and I were recently engaged & looking to upgrade my ring & wedding band. Cathy designed my dream wedding ring ! And then found me the prettiest turquoise stone band that paired perfectly with it. She truly brought the vision I had in my mind come to life in the most beautiful way. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have found Cathy & Crown Jewel & Coin ! 🤍
