We have bought and sold a house with Jen and she is an excellent real estate agent. Jen is very knowledgeable of the Tucson market and the surrounding area. When it comes to buying a house from Jen, she listens to what you want in a house and asks questions to ensure that she is showing you houses that fit your wants and needs. She is tireless in finding houses for you to look at and takes the feedback on the houses that she has shown you so she can refine the houses that you look at. The other thing that we really like about Jen is her honesty about offers that you want to make on a property when buying and on the flip side when she presents an offer to purchase your property. When selling a house with Jen she is very upfront in what you can expect from the market and is very dedicated to advertising your property for the best outcome in the sale. We had to move from Tucson during the selling of our house and Jen insured that she went over at least once a week to check on the property and would do things such as sweeping the driveway and walkway to the front door to ensure that the property showed to the best of its ability. We have dealt with a lot of real estate agents purchasing and in the sale of property and we feel that Jen is one of the most conscientious and honest agents that we have ever dealt with. We would recommend Jen for either the purchase or the sale of a house without hesitation.

From the moment I met Jose, I was confident with his ability and integrity. At our first meeting, he brought documentation that outlined process for selling my home. His responsibilities and list of requirements for me to do. If documents needed signing, he always called me personally to let me know the documents were in my email. Jose me feel comfortable through the whole process, even the negotiating part with the buyers. He was always honest, straightforward, and confident. We had a fantastic experience buying our house! Our realtor was Jose Felix and he was detail oriented, dilligent, and extremely responsive. Jen was fantastic. She walked us through the whole process, from beginning to end. Answered questions, negotiated with the seller for fantastic concessions, and communicated with us multiple times per week. Kept the process running smoothly and helped us keep our anxiety in check. If you're looking to buy a house, you can't go wrong with Jen.
