I always have a wonderful experience with Cruise Holidays of Kansas City. Anna has been my travel consultant and she has been great and helpful throughout the whole process. She listened to my preferences and budget and created a perfect itinerary for me. She also gave me some useful tips and advice for my trip. Everyone at the agency is so friendly and professional. I felt like they really cared about me and my vacation. The only thing I didn’t care for was that they charge a consultation fee for their services. I have always heard that travel agents should not charge their own fees to book with them. I understand that they have a lot of expertise and connections, but I think the fee should be included in the price of the package or the commission they receive from the suppliers. I don’t like paying extra for something that I expect to be part of the service. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Cruise Holidays of Kansas City and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and memorable vacation.
