We finally decided it was time to stop talking about our honeymoon and actually plan it — and reaching out to Cruise Planners was the best decision we could have made. We came in with a big dream (hello, New Zealand ✨), and Kristin immediately helped us create an itinerary that felt exciting yet balanced, with the perfect mix of adventure and downtime. As we got deeper into the details, we realized our timing might make the trip feel rushed — especially with visas — and instead of stress or pressure, we were met with flexibility, reassurance, and genuine support. That’s when Triniti stepped in and completely expanded our vision. She brought forward ideas we hadn’t even considered, including an incredible Japan itinerary that instantly caught our attention — especially for food lovers like us. Add in anime-themed parks? We were hooked. Even though that trip may be a future adventure for us, she still took the time to walk us through it thoughtfully and creatively. What surprised us most was just how many options she presented — from immersive longer trips to shorter cruises in beautiful destinations. We had no idea travel could be this flexible or this approachable. Triniti clearly knows her stuff, does her research, and genuinely loves to travel — and it shows in every recommendation. The entire process has felt easy, fun, and personalized. Communication has been seamless, with clear drafts and day-by-day outlines that made planning something we actually looked forward to. We felt completely at ease and 100% confident throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend Triniti, Kristin, and Richard to our closest friends and family. My husband and I have used Cruise Planners for a few trips and each time the experience has been seamless. Richard is extremely helpful with the process from beginning to end and after. We had an issue with our last trip and missed a few days due to flight issues, and he helped me with the process of submitting a claim and followed up to make sure it had been processed. I highly recommend travel insurance when going on an extended trip because you never know what happens.

Disappointing misleading and no accountability!! We booked a first multi-generational trip to Europe through this travel agency and were extremely disappointed by both the misleading promises and the complete lack of accountability afterward. Our agent, Triniti, repeatedly assured us we would have private drivers on two occasions, including a full-day private driver for my daughter’s birthday on the Amalfi Coast. This was described as a major highlight of our trip. None of this happened. Despite Triniti repeatedly emphasizing how we would have a driver for the entire day to explore freely, the promised services were never provided. This significantly impacted a milestone birthday and our family’s overall experience. What makes this even more frustrating is that we gave the agency an opportunity to make it right. We requested a refund for the two occasions that were never delivered, yet the owner Robert chose not to refund us. There was no meaningful resolution, accountability, or acknowledgment of their mistake. For a trip of this scale and cost, honesty and follow-through are non-negotiable. Instead, we experienced overpromising, underdelivering, and refusal to take responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering this agency, especially for important family trips or special occasions.

This was our first cruise and boy, was it outstanding! Richard and Kristen were so very helpful. We visited four awesome places with fun activities. All were sooo beautiful. The ship was amazing, the food was great and the entertainment was bountiful and delicious! The cruise is also a great way to hold a business/training retreat. Cruise Planners did us great! In fact, so great, we immediately booked another cruise before we left the ship. You need to book your next cruise with Cruise Planners now!
