Such a spacious gym with plenty of machines to share and your wait time is at a minimum to use certain equipment. They have deadlifting platforms for my fellow powerlifting buddies. The restrooms are always clean. They have multiple cleaning and paper towel/trash cans so it encourages even more cleanliness. Staff are friendly but not over bearing when it comes to asking you to sign up for things. The only issue I have come across is there’s no barbell clips anywhere so you have to bring your own. Other than that I would recommend this gym to anyone.
I’ve been working out at Crunch and the experience has been excellent. The manager Vincent does a great job you can tell he’s a true leader. Thanks to his attitude and professionalism, the whole team works really well and the gym is always positive, clean, and well organized. It’s great to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about the members. Highly recommended
My husband and I canceled after only a couple of months due to lack of classes, canceling classes when you’re already there, and changing of classes. Not to mention the sauna is never hot. I had reached out a few times regarding classes and just got the runaround that more will be added and to give them a chance. Sorry, this is not what we signed up for. I was promised a list of classes and they seemed to accommodate the evening gym goers over the morning people. Lastly, we were never reminded about the annual fee coming out so quickly after signing up. We were members for maybe 3 months and asked for a refund on that due to being a member for less than 3 months which seems fair. But we were told they can’t refund. Only to be told it’s in the agreement. I understand that but give people a heads up when it’s coming out. Read the fine print if you’re attending this gym. Enjoy my husbands and I annual fee thieves. We have happily moved back to our old gym and couldn’t be happier and was welcomed with great customer service and warmth unlike this gym! Best of luck!
The best gym ive ever been to!! Out of all the other places ive gone I was never comfortable anywhere else but there at Crunch I was very comfortable walking in even though it's a huge gym. The equipment is amazing and theres alot to choose from. Me and my husband go together all the time and every time we go its a wonderful experience. The rest and recovery is sooooo great after a good work out to relax and give your body a break. I recommend trying the hydro massage it feels amazing!!! Thank you Crunch for being so wonderful and making my experience great. The employees are very nice and professional which is a bonus!!
3 stars for great customer service not being welcoming at the front desk. There was a dirty blonde girl with fake nails that checked us in today but she was not friendly whatsoever. She helped us sign in as we used their “free trial” day pass. But she barely spoke to us, just pointed at the iPad to fill out. Once we were checked in, the older man next to her was the one that told us to have a good workout but no warmth from the girl. The gym overall was really nice as all the machines are very new. But I’d definitely check it out if you’ve been wanting to! Also, not sure if it’s meant to be this way, but the word “judgement” is misspelled everywhere in there lol.
