Be careful paying In advance for future sessions. Because they have a no refund policy. I asked them for a refund due to me moving farther and their reply is u can avail any service we have, that means I have t travel 3 to 4 hrs just to avail their service coz they don't do refunds at all. Not only does he perform excellent massages that leave you feeling refreshed, but his guidance on nutrition and personalized cryotherapy/localized therapies have been life changing. In my first month alone, I lost 7 pounds! On top of that, my chronic pain levels have significantly decreased, and their body contouring services have been a tremendous help in achieving weight loss and shaping my body. Of course, it takes discipline and a commitment to changing eating habits, but Mario's expertise and the range of services offered makes it so much easier to stay on track. I’d also like to acknowledge the incredible staff: Roselee, Natali, and Kat. Their professionalism and kindness create such a welcoming and relaxing environment. The facility is spotless, calming, and truly a haven for self-care. Joined a membership fee for 3 months and it was up in Jan, so my son confirmed with the front desk when it was done, because we didn’t need to continue. Front desk did not let us know that we had to email them to cancel although he was there telling them. They charged us again in Feb and after multiple calls with no response, the owner Mario texted me, I should have emailed 30 days prior, although my son told them more than 30 days prior. So beware of that, just bad business.
I started cool-sculpting w/ Mario 5 months ago. My goal was to lose 5-10 pounds. I lost the 10 pounds after 3 months and about half way through my 10 session package. Two months later and now I've lost another 6 pounds and most importantly I've lost a lot of belly fat that was really bothering me. I do adhere to Mario's nutritional advice and I know that has been the key to my success. The staff are so friendly and accommodating here. I'm so glad I gave it a try and made the investment. It's not an overnight fix but big changes are possible over time if you adhere to a healthier lifestyle. I'm extremely satisfied with the progress I've made. Thank you Mario!
I injured my foot and been coming here for treatments for the past week, and have gotton to know the staff and the owner, they make u feel at home and actually help with the treatments that you need for a speedy recovery. This will always be my go to place when I do have a injury :)
