We initially booked this company for our May 2020 wedding. Initially comunication was great. Covid happened and plans change- we reached out for a refund (minus the deposit). Roy responded with it was a hard time for everyone and couldnt really offer much as a refund. Being understanding we countered with the option of "reserving his service for a future date". Years go by, and there are no prime opportunities to book. We attempted to gift the service to my sister for her wedding, but when she had reached out to him there were limited responses and she ended up booking someone else. At this point- It would be easier to just ask for a refund and move on. I have emailed Roy several times over the last 2-3 months with no response. I have also personally messaged his facebook account with no response. The commuication is poor. I initially booked related to great reviews and a promise of a fun time- but would love just to have a refund- so maybe a review will help facilitate that.

CrystalPro DJ was absolutely incredible for our wedding! From start to finish, he kept the energy perfect- from the ceremony music to through the entire reception. The transitions were seamless, the timing was spot-on, and he read the crowd so well that the dance floor was packed all night long!!! It was unforgettable. He was also so easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding-professional, responsive, and made sure every detail and song choice was exactly how we envisioned it. We had the best time and got so many compliments from guests about how fun and smooth everything felt. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to bring our night to life! 🎶💃

We used CrystalPro for our wedding and it was incredible. DJ Rey was our guy! We had a lot of special song requests happening during our ceremony as well as throughout the reception and he made it happen. There were no issues with timing and it all went how it should. Our reception was short--only about 45 min of open dance floor. But DJ Rey was enticed by that, he made a mix of so many different songs that had all ages dancing and enjoying the night. The actual communication along the way with the owner wasn't the best.. they are a busy company so it took a while to get responses, but I was a very type B bride so that didn't bother me. I knew everything would work out perfectly and it did. I would definitely recommend this company and especially DJ Rey!

We used crystal pro dj & photobooth for our wedding and I am here to say it was one of the best decisions we could have made! Roy made the entire experience extremely easy and was the life of the party! There website was VERY easy to use and the communication was next level. The photo booth was a huge hit with my guest and I even got a copy of everyone's photos at the end of the night that I get to have forever! The upscale lighting pulled everything together and the dancing on the clouds and cold sparks everyone is still talking about!!! Highly recommened Roy and his company to anyone needing a dj because they are the best!
