I only added 1 star because there was not an option for no stars. The communication with this company is terrible. You can send several emails and go weeks without hearing anything. BUT the owner has no problem posting on her business Facebook page. I’ve called and left voicemails no response back. Extremely unprofessional and not reliable at all. Definitely canceling my future booking.

My brother and sister-in-law recently rented some items from CT for their wedding. As their planner/coordinator, I had the opportunity work with CT team directly. They were so responsive and have a great inventory of items. On the day of the wedding, the rented items arrived on time and in great condition. I would definitely work with them again!
