Fantastic service for our wedding. They are a full service caterer and it was wonderful to have had their services for food, bar, decor, flowers, photo booth, set up and clean up. Also just such nice people to work with. Strongly recommend.
Working with Culinary Excellence was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. Having catering, cake, florals, and day-of coordinator all being managed through one company and one point of contact made planning a breeze and gave peace of mind. The CE crew is very professional, thinking of details we didn’t know to ask for. Our guests loved the food and everything looked stunning. The day went off without a hitch due to Samantha, the very talented and experienced day-of coordinator. We couldn’t recommend CE more!
Lets start with the good: The staff that ran everything was good. The coordinator we worked with, Sierra, was great. The table settings were good and the cocktail hour food was good. The food at the tasting was very good. The bad: The dinner food served at the tasting did not in any way match the food that was served at the event. I have spoken to many people on both sides of the wedding and everyone has said the food was terrible. The food was embarrassingly bad. I did not want to eat it, we had many very upset family members complain about how bad it was. These same family members went to the tasting and signed off on how the food was prepared. We have contacted them regarding this and they claim the food was of the same quality that was served at the tasting. Something that has been refuted by everyone I’ve spoken to about the food at the wedding. This has been frustrating as we were let down on our wedding day and the caterer even acknowledged this at all. Summary: They bait and switched us regarding the food quality. I do not recommend them as a result.
Culinary Excellence is amaaaaaaaazing! Their food is on point, their service is super responsive, and their prices are really reasonable for what they offer! I've used them a few times to send catering gifts to friends in need (recovering from surgery, etc.), but we also got to enjoy their food directly over Thanksgiving. Culinary Excellence set up a Thanksgiving-for-2 meal so that we wouldn't cook and waste an entire ten-pound turkey. The turkey meal came with a ton of side dishes, easy instructions to heat, and they even customized around my gluten sensitivity! We loved the meal AND had tons of leftovers even though we brought our huge appetites to Thanksgiving dinner. If you're looking for a really positive catering experience, look no further -- Culinary Excellence is the real deal!
Je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir déjà laissé un avis. Alors, je vais peut-être laisser un deuxième avis. Jessica et son équipe ont été incroyables. J'ai vraiment aimé travailler avec elle à chaque étape. Elle avait tout sous contrôle, elle communiquait très bien et elle a respecté notre budget. Elle est même venue préparer mon mariage avec une jambe blessée, à moins d'une semaine de son propre mariage. Félicitations Jessica et merci pour tout afin que ma journée se déroule sans accroc.
