We had an amazing experience with Adele while looking for our wedding rings. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Cullen Jewellery when looking for an engagement ring. We had Coko as our consultant and she was absolutely lovely! She was warm, genuine and attentive. She listened to what we liked and was encouraging when I wanted to try different styles. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Her knowledge about the range at Cullen was superb, so we were surprised when she told us we were her first customers on her own! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Coko!
It was intimate and all you want for 1:1 appointment. Brittany was very informative, calm & friendly presence and made us both feel good in our 1st experience of engagement ring shopping. Feedback: if there was a “what to expect on your appointment at Cullen” page on the website that would be helpful. We didn’t know it would just be us in the showroom, we didn’t know it was a small showroom to ourselves and the marketing videos makes it look like a large space that couples can wonder into but it’s a different experience to that. Overall, was great and Brittany was great!!
Mia at Cullen was absolutely fabulous, we had her both for when we came in to select an engagement ring and now when we've just selected a matching wedding band. She was so knowledgeable about the lab grown diamonds and how to select a good one, was not pushy whatsoever in the decision making process. I would highly recommend Cullen and in particular, Mia - who is an asset to the company.
