An eclectic selection of professional grade taxidermy. Wonderful for collectors or even just to a unique gift. Prices range so you don't have to spend a fortune to get something that looks impressive. They offer jewelry, wet specimens, horns, and all manner of things preserved in resin. A variety of different sizes from colorful ways to spruce up a desk or a bold way to make a statement on a wall. Genuinely some of the best looking taxidermy you can find.
Got to attend the “Chat with a Coroner” event and had a blast! The store is awesome, with animal specimens, skulls, bones, and teeth everywhere! I’ll definitely be going back soon!
Curious Nature is such a cool and fascinating shop! I had the chance to stop by and explore their unique items before attending the show Chat with a Coroner. If you haven’t seen that show yet, you absolutely should! It’s super interesting and gives an insightful look into the life and experiences of a retired coroner. Ron does an amazing job keeping everyone’s attention — he’s enthusiastic and tells his stories in such a way that’s educational, respectful, and engaging. I had an amazing time and will definitely be back for another show!
What a fun little shop with something for everyone! Plants, bones, skulls, kids trinkets, crystals, entomology, candles, and mystery boxes for the extra curious! Will definitely be back. Fun for all ages.
For a place full of dead things, Curious Nature sure has a lot of charm. It’s as bougie as any boutique, with one-of-a-kind unique offerings like articulated cat skeletons, jarred pig fetuses, and badger knuckles. (I’m actually not sure if they have that last one, I just made it up because it sounded cool). It’s a great place to bring your kid, whether they’re emo or nerdy, to get a feel for how curious they are. If they like this shop, they’ll go far in life. If they don’t, they’ll probably end up in sales or marketing.
