I took my ‘95 Land Cruiser (Lucy) in for a new stereo & trail cameras. Reggie (sales) was THE MAN & took great care of me & Lucy. Their techs are the best! Went and had tint installed on a 2025 Toyota Camry, bubbles on all four windows as well as on the back glass after a month. Took it back and they redid the tint but it looked like they didn't touch the back and there were still bubbles on the four windows after another month. Only good thing is I got my refund back, if you are looking for tint go elsewhere because whoever is installing the tint does poor work.
This place has been a nightmare. I’ve brought two vehicles here and both times were nothing but stress and disappointment. Most recently, I left my car on Sunday for a simple radio and backup camera install—and days later, it’s still not done. Instead of finishing the job, they managed to wreck my AC system. They actually superglued my AC vents together after breaking them, and now my AC doesn’t work properly. To make things worse, my check engine light is now on, and they keep brushing it off, saying it’s “low voltage.” My car never had these issues before I brought it here. I’ve had to drop off, pick up, and return cars multiple times, wasting gas, time, and energy, only to get back a vehicle in worse shape than when I left it. At this point, I don’t just want the work done—I want my money back for the damage they caused. The unprofessionalism is hard to ignore: techs lounging around, disappearing for long stretches, leaving one person to do all the work, and treating customer cars like afterthoughts. If you value your car, your time, and your money—do not go to Custom Sounds. They damaged my vehicle, refused to take responsibility, and still have yet to issue me a refund. Go anywhere else—Mother’s Window Tint, a dealership, even a backyard mechanic would be better.
So I've had some issues with a sub+amp all in one combo. It keeps shutting down due to overheating. Dustin and Tim were both helpful and we decided we were going to swap out with a traditional amp and sub. ( not mounted to the box in the back). They also did my tint and let me tell you I'm impressed. The old tint was so stuck on flaking I thought I was going to need to just get a new rear windshield. Nope, they made it look like new with new tint. Fantastic job to the Burnet store!
