I started training here almost two months ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. My trainer, Valentin, pushes me in the best way and designs workouts that fit my goals and limitations. His professionalism, expertise, guidance, and motivation are what makes him stand out. I feel stronger, more confident, and genuinely excited to work out now. I’ve noticed significant improvements in both strength and mobility. Not just another gym. This is a space for intentional training. I am enjoying my journey as Coach Valentin and Sofia guide me through bettering my form in weightlifting and my daily habits. I love how spacious and clean the gym is and the equipment is amazing too. You get to focus and get the job done in an hour! Plus you always have a nice cup of coffee waiting for you. If you are in the Miami area I recommend you to visit them.
