We applied for a home in Dallas and just never heard from them again… No “your application has been denied”, no word to our realtor… They take your application fee, have you fill out an INCREDIBLY LONG application, and then just ghost you. We applied July 23rd and STILL never heard anything back. Today is August 3rd! Smh. TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are all so amazing, and all such a HUGE help when you have any kind of issues with billing, maintenance, or just anything at all.
