The workers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, my cats and I are always welcomed by name and with a smile. They always try to save money by using vet techs, discussing generics and treatments, and thoroughly reviewing med and food options. It’s clear the doctors, tech, and staff truly love their furry patients, and they never hesitate to educate me on what’s going on with my pets, including care for my senior dog. I’ve been going here for over a decade and can’t imagine trusting my fur babies to anyone else. 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️
This Pet hospital is a dream come true. When I took my cat Marcel there the staff were very patient with me. The doctor was incredible with my shy cat and made him feel secure. She explained to me options for treatment and medication. I felt she was really supportive in finding the best options for my cat Marcel. The care didn't stop after we left. They were great about following via text or email to be sure he was doing better. Best of all they understand we can't all afford the most expensive options. They were great at helping me with that aspect as well.
I wanted to come on here and give a big thank you to our Doctor, Dr. Hadsall, Assistant/tech who’s name I can’t remember for the life of me, and our client care specialist, Madi. I have worked in vet med for 5 years now and was accompanying my sibling to their cats establishing care appointment. When walking in the door Madi was very personable, got us straight into a room which greatly helped with our cats stress and offered us treats to give to Mocha. In the room, our tech listened very carefully to the concerns brought up and used gentle handling when working with mocha not just to get a weight but while the doctor was doing her exam. Finally Dr. Hadsall was just an absolutely incredible animal physician. She did a thorough exam on our cat while being as considerate as she could even during the more rude parts of the exam. She took a great amount of time to talk to my sibling and I are answer any questions we had. After this experience I would recommend anyone take their pet her. In the small time I spent with them, I could tell that they’re an absolutely incredible and caring team.
My husband have been bringing our pets here for years, and we are so grateful for the kind of care and support provided by everyone at CWE Vet Hospital & Urgent Care! Dr. Hadsall shows our dogs so much love and patience while treating them, whether for a more urgent need or regular vaccinations. We sincerely appreciate her time, expertise, and kindness, and we highly recommend her as a vet who prioritizes what is best for animals!
I cannot thank CWE Vet Hospital & Urgent Care enough for the care and compassion they showed me and my sweet boy, Jasper. We came in on short notice when he suddenly became very ill, and from the moment we walked through the door, every single person treated us with such empathy and respect. From the gentleman at the front desk (Courtney) who immediately got Jasper the attention he needed before ever asking for paperwork, to the medical team that followed, every interaction was filled with kindness. Dr. Walker, who cared for Jasper, was incredibly kind, thorough, and gentle. She explained everything clearly while never losing sight of Jasper’s comfort. Sherri and Jacque, the technicians assisting her, were by his side the entire time, comforting him, keeping him warm, and making sure he felt safe and loved. Their tenderness and genuine care for both of us meant more than I can ever express. As I had just rescued this little kitten, there were additional concerns as the rescue group requested that I bring him back for a second opinion. Dr. Walker was a strong advocate for Jasper’s comfort and safety, and I feel incredibly grateful for that. Her support gave me the courage and strength to make an impossibly hard decision. I also arrived just before closing time, and every member of the staff stayed well beyond their shift, never rushing me or pressuring any decision. Though the outcome was heartbreaking, I left knowing Jasper received the best care possible, surrounded by people who truly cared. CWE Vet Hospital gave us dignity, compassion, and peace in an otherwise devastating moment. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
