Honestly top tier service for car wash. Way better than all the car wash in anchorage combined! They have an indoor vacuum which is perfect in the winter and 10minute auto detailing which is my favorite part especially in the cold when you don’t want to vacuum your car outside. Worth every penny in my opinion. My husband and I’s car are clean and shiny just like how they advertised. We live in eagle river and would drive here just for this car wash! They also have a comfy lobby to wait in while your car is being detailed! Preston was the one that sold us on the membership. Awesome people!
The building looks great, and it’s a really smart idea to attach a full auto detailing center to the car wash. We also appreciated having staff come up to help with payment—that part was very convenient and welcoming. We paid for the $25 wash, and unfortunately the results were a bit disappointing this time. With the freezing temperatures, water wasn’t fully cleared from the driver-side mirror and ended up freezing, and we still had several marks left on the windshield that were hard to deal with in the cold. It didn’t seem like there was a fan strong enough to fully dry the vehicle in these conditions. That said, winter weather definitely makes car washes tricky, and because we liked the setup and concept so much, we’d be willing to try them again in the summer in hopes of a better experience.
I recently visited this car wash and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received. I opted for the express wash, and my car looked fantastic afterward. Based on this experience, I'm considering getting a membership. One of the highlights was the opportunity to vacuum my car indoors, which was very convenient. While I was doing that, Mason approached me and kindly offered to wash my mats, which I really appreciated. He was so courteous that he refused a tip I tried to give him, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this car wash to others. I'm definitely planning to purchase a membership soon!
Drive thru car wash and an indoor express detailing crew for $60! They did floors windows doors dash, looked excellent. Nice waiting area with coffee. The truck looks great inside and out. I didn't need it but they have indoor vacuum bays and ofcourse membership pricing options.
My car looks AMAZING now!!! Cyber Express Car Wash and Detail Center did a beautiful job washing, waxing and fully detailing my car! I borrowed a car from a friend for the weekend and I really wanted to make sure I returned the car in amazing and better-than-before condition and Cyber Car Wash knocked it out of the park and then some! They even have a super boujee modern lounge with complimentary coffee while you wait for your car to be beautified! I know it sounds like I’m glazing this place but seriously they did such a great job and it was only $30 for a wash and a full detailing so you really can’t beat that! Highly highly recommend this car wash and detailing business!! Shout out to Max for hooking me up : )
