Victor and his team members were extremely helpful in solving my printer and computer issues. The process took quite a while to complete as my computer had so many corrupted drivers which was creating a problem setting up my new HP printer. Very courteous and knowledgeable team. I to went to what I thought was HP support, but was transferred to CHTS which surprised and confused me to the point of my thinking am I being scammed. Turns out that they helped me greatly and I now have a protected computer, phone and my new printer is working great. I recommend CHTS to others, but feel that the way HP handles the printer set up by going straight to CHTS needs to be reviewed and communicated much better so people are not confused and scared to proceed further. It is hard to give remote control of your computer to an unknown cyber company.

HP Customer Service has to be the best in the business. Out of the blue, my 2-year old printer stopped working. After following all the paths to fixing it on my own, I still couldn't get it to run so I hopped on a chat, which quickly connected me to a person to speak with: the amazing RACHEL! After running diagnostics, Rachel discovered I had malware installed on my computer unbeknownst to me. This was a Saturday morning, pre-coffee, and I was just not in the mood to deal with it. But her patience, kindness, and cool kept me on the phone as she explained my need for protection, researched and then, explained the solutions and pricing for me. As I didn't have a tech service person to help me, she offered her team's services. Not gonna go into more details, but just WOW. My computer is now secure and my printer is running beautifully. The HP team didn't have to do this. They could have sent me off to the Apple Store or to find tech support somewhere else as this wasn't 100% a printer issue. Instead, they spent nearly 2 hours with me and I am so, so grateful. HP management—the few times I have had to connect with your Customer Service team I have hung up helped, and impressed. This morning's support was just beyond. Keep up the good work. It's SO nice to know that customer service is still alive and well.

Jennifer's assistance, followed by James, was beyond fantastic. I called in a state of panic and confusion. Much time was afforded me. My new printer is now installed. A follow-up call was promised and received 3 days later to see that all is working well. I worked in customer service for 40 years, but these folks can "write the book" on how to help. Rachel was very helpful , as I was not understanding what was wrong with the set up of my printer. She was very good at correcting the errors and got me on the right path. She pointed out what was wrong and got it corrected, Her follow up the next day help me understand how the printer worked and took me thru an example.
