Sabrinna and Savannah were extremely helpful! Immediately from walking in the door Sabrinna was welcoming and willing to help us find what we needed. Sabrinna showed us to the Alpinestars hoodie which is very comfortable and works for my build. Savannah helped me order the jacket in a different color and shared extra information about it’s breathability during the summer. Both were knowledgeable and very helpful, especially shedding light on the female biker experience. I appreciated their support, and they even helped my fiancé find a hoodie jacket. Overall, a great experience at this shop!

Great store, products, and staff! We came in looking for a couple helmets. John welcomed us as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed help finding anything. He showed us the helmets and made sure the fit was appropriate. He probably spent a good 10-15 minutes with us. All the staff were really friendly as well. We’ll definitely come back and buy more gear here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cycle Gear – San Antonio I live in New Braunfels, and the San Antonio Cycle Gear was recommended to me by a family member in Weatherford. I’m preparing for a WeRoam adventure experience in August 2026, and this was my first time buying full off-road/dirt bike safety gear. I’m very glad I made the stop. I came in first thing in the morning and was greeted immediately. I believe the associate’s name was John, and he—and the rest of the staff—were outstanding. They were patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about safety features, quality, pricing, and pros and cons of each product. I didn’t really know what I needed, and John helped guide me through everything: properly sizing a helmet, setting me up with a Cardo communication system, and selecting all required protective gear. We worked through multiple options for armor, pants, and boots, focusing on fit, comfort, mobility, and safety. I appreciated the attention to detail, including explaining why certain features—like zippers on riding pants—really matter. I spent about three hours there and never felt rushed. The store was well-stocked, and being fitted in person made all the difference. I highly recommend this location for their knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service.

Shout out to David yesterday morning for assisting me with gear. I was looking for a decent helmet for a bike I was on the way to pick up. He didn't push me into more than I wanted, respected my budget and gave me information on different models and technology. Thanks again! Got the new ride home safely.

The team at Cycle Gear was outstanding. We walked in and were greeted immediately, and the associate who helped us was fantastic, I wish I remembered his name, because he genuinely deserves credit. I came in for a new helmet and comms setup, and left with a Sedici Strada 3, two Pinlock inserts, a mirrored visor, a Cardo Freecom 2X, and a pair of BILT gloves, plus the Molecule Matte Helmet Care Kit to keep everything looking fresh. I’m thrilled with all of it. What really impressed me was that he even installed the Cardo system for me before I walked out. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Highly satisfied and definitely returning!
