I started day care and the odd overnight with D Pet Hotels 3 months ago. The staff are incredibly professional, efficient, kind and patient. The facility is clean , bright, updated and even has a large Hepa air cleaner to keep the air fresh. I was with WAG hotels for 3 years but after I started to get a uncomfortable feeling about a number of things not to mention their painfully slow dog pickup I decided to make the switch to D-Hotel. I want 100% confidence that my dog is safe and well cared for and D-Hotel delivers on that !

Skippy has been coming here for a few months. When he first joined, I was so nervous because he doesn't pass evaluation tests very well as he's not particularly friendly with other dogs. Josh, the owner, took a chance on Skippy and now he absolutely loves going and the staff know how to handle him perfectly and the pictures I get reaffirm my confidence in D Pet Hotels Hollywood.

I bring my dog Ashton here and have had the best experience! He’s always excited to come, and the staff is incredibly attentive and caring. They provide a structured, safe environment where the dogs can play and socialize. I’ve tried multiple dog daycares in the area, and none compare — this place truly stands out.!!

My boy Percy loves D Pet Hotel! I boarded him there multiple times in 2024. He is reactive and requires some extra care, but the staff always knows how to handle him and make him comfortable. I can tell Percy loves everyone there- he’s always excited to see the staff. He gets plenty of private play time, and I ask for 2 extra potty walks throughout the day which the staff gives at no extra cost. Super appreciative of D Pet Hotels and everyone there, they go above and beyond for Percy! Highly recommend.

I wanted to update my review today, December 29, 2024. I have now been bringing Prince my dog for many years and just last week dropped off my daughter’s beautiful adopted kitty Hiccup. I cannot say enough amazing stuff about the D pet hotel and the Extraordinary owner Josh & Staff! At pick up, Our beloved kiddos were clean, healthy & happy. Even though it was the holidays and a very busy time, they managed to send pictures every day to my daughter of her kitty because it was her first time away from home. If they ever notice any issue, they call, text, email. They take it upon themselves to do something about it. Last summer we were in Portugal & they dropped everything to take Prince to my vet in SM to follow up on a pre-DPet treatment issue. They had a hunch about something and they were right and they did all of that for me without asking for a penny- I love this place. Your dogs and/or cats are safe & happy here. Now, for my review from three years ago, no thing has changed only better…you can read on. I have been bringing my dog Prince here for years. Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff, the ownership & facility. I usually board my dog at DPet when I go away because I know he’ll be able to play with other dogs his size all day long and be cared for and then be put into his own room with his comfortable little bed. They keep everything in order so everyone gets their own food, their own toys. They text or email pictures to let you know how your pet is doing and who is made friends with. They really do go above and beyond. Are usually have him groomed on the last day there and I think it’s reasonably priced and professionally done. One time I boarded my dog and the staff noticed that he wasn’t his usual self. They were so on top of it ..... emailing me three times a day Even suggesting I cut my trip short. When I brought him to the vet, he said I was very lucky the staff was so attentive & looking out for him! They are always there when you email or call. I trust my dog with the D Pet Hotel🐶
