Our dog Phoebe has stay at the hotel before, so we were confident that she would be comfortable while we were away. She was greeted like an old friend, and was clean and smelled great after her bath when we picked her up. We are always confident that she is safe and well taken care of when she is staying there.
DPet hotel was very nice even though vacation cut short by illness. Chastity the main front counter person( I have had contact with), is a pleasure to deal with! Sophie liked her short stay.
This was our dogs first stay and I am si impressed with the staff their great attention to our little nervous girl. 5 stars so happy we found D Pet Hotels!!!
7.19.25 Additional Review: Holly stayed for eight days at D Pet. I could not be more thankful for their support, partnership and services provided. During this visit, Holly had to visit the vet, not only once but twice to confirm an identified issue by the staff while staying at the hotel. The staff was phenomenal with coordinating transportation to and from both times as well as taking additional care and steps regarding any follow up medication for Holly. As you can imagine it was a very stressful time being on vacation and miles away from my girl. There was also hands on need during the time at which she stayed, which was amazing. They watched her diligently, they followed up with me extra with regards to her feeding, as well as not only her personality and demeanor, but also any additional needs with medications. They are the best in the business and I could not be more proud and truly thankful for their love, care and support. I will always use D Pet and refer anybody who asked me where they should take their loved one aka kiddos… It is the staff and truly our second family at the hotel!!!! Love you guys Chris and Jennifer Initial Post: I have been going to D pet for almost 4 years with Miss Holly. They are the best in the business. We have lived in other states and travel often hence going to other Dog Hotel‘s and why they were nice and provided the support of being with your dog D Pet has the best staff, state of the art training. and education always available for conversation and follow up. I know they give her the best care! I know Holly is in the best hands and while there are short stays we have done more than a week. She is always in great spirits and love the tenured staff. We're so happy we found D Pet Hotels (North Scottsdale)! We visited about a week before boarding our pets, and the GM was so kind - he took his time with us, explaining their process, answering all of our questions, and giving us a tour. We boarded our 2 little dogs with them for 4 days, and they eased our minds from the 1st day, sending cute pictures of our fur babies with text updates. We look forward to boarding our dogs there again!
