Terrible customer service. Cancelled our reservation without notice. I drove all the way to the salon just to be denied because apparently my other dog had a haircut ONE YEAR AGO and was listed as a no-call no-show EVEN THOUGH THEY cancelled that specific reservation with him because he had "bad" behavior that day. He never received a haircut because of it, and WE never cancelled. It was a denied service, which is understandable. We decided to give this place another chance with a different dog (who is very sweet and a Pomeranian ) and they were wanting to charge me an extra $60 for a service that was NEVER done from ONE YEAR AGO. Don't go here unless you want to be charged for terrible bookkeeping. Furthermore, I would have been okay if I would of at least have received a cancellation in advance, but I didn't. As you can see from my screenshot, I only received a confirmation notice.....so they wasted our time, and their time. Hopefully they don't charge me for another $60 lol. Even though - yet again, they cancelled on their end.

Somer takes care of our dogs. Every single interaction with her has been seamless. From the very first time I inquired about a nail trim for both dogs, she has always made an effort to book an appointment quickly. Somer will take the time to educate you prior to making any decision. You can tell she has her heart and soul in what she does. We are so happy we have found her.
