Owner is rude doesn't let you speak. Staff rude as well. Place is run down you pay $27 for a store bought frozen pizza. Lanes are tight and hard for a group or party. Tried to get coffee told had none asked for diet pop told none but then when back up and had someone order and it was made. Nachos burnt and terrible for 32.00. Staff was threatening us as soon as we walked in because apparently we had attitudes. We paid $265.00 to play two games for 11 people. Only 2 hours of playing time. Very expensive. Place is rundown and disgusting.. Wow from the owners response it says it all. We were not there for 2.5 hours so stop lying . I have pictures to prove it. And im not a spoiled brat wow great customer service at its finest. And someone tries to order coffee and diet pop and your staff lies says they don't have any meanwhile my daughter and I just ordered some 10 minutes prior. We also spent 170 on food and had to beg for plates and when we asked for some yet again the staff was defensive and rude but having said that, its garbage food anyway, would never advise any food purchases.The place is also a rundown dump. Pictures look nothing like it. And while your yelling at your customer not allowing them to even get a word in or tell you anything because your a not getting you way but having kicking my feet temper tantrum hmm I wonder who is spoiled. Well thats ok your response says it all.
Amazing place for all ages. Very friendly and polite staff even when super busy. Clean and well taken care of. We cant wait to come back
Fantastic place for a birthday!! We came for 10 year olds birthday and everything went perfectly. Amazing service and tasty food! Can't recommend more. (Will be back for a date night too.) Thanks again. It was a hit!
The bowling alley offers excellent value for the price. Despite living quite far away, I would gladly return. While the food could be improved—the burger I received tasted more like something microwaved—it’s not the main reason to visit. The real highlight was the staff: they were friendly, accommodating, and created a welcoming atmosphere by serving with smiles and even sharing a few jokes. One staff member even chatted with us while we played, which made the experience feel more personal. Overall, it’s a fun, reasonably priced bowling alley that I would happily recommend.
Me and my friends really enjoyed the food and drinks along with bowling here. Although as we entered none of us got the good vibe as per the outer appearance of this place but later as we bought tickets and food we actually enjoyed and liked the place. The inner atmosphere is truly amazing and vibing great. The employees were truly welcoming and offered us good customer service. The only sad part about the experience is that they don’t have weekend deals and even the bowling prices are little more expensive as in weekdays. Rest if the experience was absolutely fantastic and would love to comeback again. Highly recommended to all bowling fans . Must check it out once
