Patients should be valued and not treated like a number they rush through. At the price you charge, please give more time & attention to patient concerns. Front desk was very nice.
The doctor is great! It's everything else that left me very cranky after my appointment. They "nag" with "confirm your appointment!" through text and email. If you don't do it in 24-48 hours, you get another and another reminder. However, when I get there and check in, they inform me that my referral has expired! So they can't see me. I get that. And I understand that I have culpability as well. But why don't they have a system in place that flags expired referrals? I had to quickly call my PCP and work at getting that referral done and they put it as urgent so that I could keep my appointment. The nurse that brought me in acted as if she was bored as anything. Not engaging and I was just another patient. In a tone that seemed like she could care less, she asked if there were any concerns. I tell her. She doesn't write anything down. I'm like, "why did I just waste my breath because I'm going to have to tell the doctor the same thing!"This appointment was the worse I've ever had there.
I had an awesome experience! I was very nervous before arriving, not knowing what to expect, but the entire team made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Dr. Kelly explained everything in detail, and the nurses took excellent care of me. I truly felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience in everything except the wait. I was not called back from Waiting Room until an hour past my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Dr. Singer was very caring and thorough. Just there for a routine mole check and she found 5 spots to biopsy. 2 ended up being fine, 2 were precancerous and 1 was already melanoma! Referred me to an amazing surgeon and between the 2 of them, probably saved my life!
I had such a great experience here! Erin was absolutely wonderful—so informative, professional, and kind. She really took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The front desk staff was also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. Highly recommend!
