I paid to rent for a heater and propane for an outdoor event. When booking, I made sure and asked the contact at the rental company if they could give a 30 min heads up when they were on their way since the party was at an executive’s house and I had to let them know they were coming. The delivery folks texted me a photo of the front door and asked if it was the correct address because no one was answering. Three minutes later I texted back letting them know that it was and someone was home. They said at that point it was too late because they had another delivery scheduled across town. I called and texted THREE minutes after they texted. We did not get the 30 minute heads up that they were on their way. I called the rental company and emailed letting them know that I hadn’t received the heater and that the delivery guys said they wouldn’t be turning around. I never heard back from them. I’ve rented from other companies before and have never experienced anything like this. Will not be calling them again. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY EDITED TO ADD RESPONSE TO OWNER’S REPLY: I appreciate your response but am not sure why it had to take a complaint on here to get a reply back from voicemail and email since no one at your company did. I never said they must be at the wrong house. When I saw the picture of the house texted, I told them that it was in fact the house and that someone was home. When I was emailing with Sandra, I let her know that it was not my house and I’d need the 30 min heads up so I could make sure someone would be there. I guess there is a reason your company has 1.5 stars on yelp and wish I would’ve seen before I booked

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service & Professional Team! Our church, St. James, rented four 20x20 tents from Dallas Event Rental to create a 20x80 setup for our consecration lunch, and everything was perfect! Sandra made coordination easy with quick, friendly email communication, and the pricing was fair. Delivery and setup were on time, and Mario and Brandon were incredibly kind and professional. They worked efficiently, even coordinating with our lawn care team during setup. The tents looked great, and our guests loved the placement. We’re so thankful — Dallas Event Rental helped make our church consecration truly special. Highly recommend for their professionalism, timeliness, and excellent customer service!

We rented chairs, tables, and a dance floor from Dallas Event Rentals for our engagement party, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Communication was clear, delivery and setup were right on time, and everything looked perfect. The tables and chairs were sturdy and elegant, and the dance floor truly became the centerpiece of the night. It was a huge hit with our guests!
