I have been wanting to find a spiritual home in Dallas where I could have community with other meditators and people on a spiritual path. I was welcomed with kindness and compassion by Kelly who did a wonderful job leading the meditation. I felt so much peace the rest of the day and returned again today to the noon zen to go. I feel such gratitude to have found this place and Thank you Kelly for making me feel welcome.. I have been a few places around the metroplex but haven’t encountered the friendliness and kindness that I found here.
The Dallas Meditation Center is a collection of very compassionate, kind, and friendly individuals. I have really enjoyed being able to get to know them and to participate in their events. The Dallas Meditation Center offers both in person classes and also remote classes over the internet. They have helped me deepen my practice and my spiritual journey over the past four years. I highly recommend checking out their events and supporting this great group.
My nephew lives in the Dallas area and invited me to a zoom of Mindful Mondays Meditation. This weekly meditation has become a very important part of my spiritual practice. The facilitators are wonderful, the members of the sangha are thoughtful and inclusive, and the readings are very meaningful to me. Mindful Mondays are a gem that more people who participate from a distance should know about.
