I have always wanted to learn ballroom dancing and I don’t know why I waited. Ivan and Kate make the process so much fun. They are excellent teachers and super passionate about what they do. I have taken the group lessons, individual lessons and the socials and I have a great time at all of them. Highly recommend!
We loved taking lessons ahead of our wedding with Ivan at Dance Passion! My now-husband and I had never taken dance lessons like this before and weren't sure what to expect, but Ivan has such a fun personality and had us laughing and feeling so comfortable. He really helped my partner learn to lead and me learn how to be elegant. We were not originally planning on doing anything to involved for our first dance, but we loved the initial free lesson and signed up for a package that included private lessons. Soon enough we were learning dips and spins and all kinds of cool stuff. It really wowed our guests, but best of all we had a lot of fun as we grew our confidence and made some great memories at our lessons. We definitely plan to go back to Dance Passion for some group lessons and date nights too! Thank you, Ivan!
My husband (at the time fiancé) and I, went to Dance Passion to trial a 30 minute class to see if we wanted to have a personalized first dance for our wedding, and we quickly became hooked. Ivan was exceptional! We signed up for 12 classes and he catered to our zero past dance experience abilities. He was super passionate but also made the time spent dancing fun! We are super pleased with our experience and we felt very confident completing our first dance in front of all our guests. Ivan help us create a lifelong memory that we will cherish for our lifetime! Valerie and I had such an incredible first experience at Dance Passion. We had a very limited time to learn the basics, and the team at Dance Passion helped us gain a level of confidence we did not have coming into the lesson. Neither of us have ever taken dance lessons before and this definitely helped us. We were only able to get one lesson in, due to the short timeframe of our upcoming wedding, but it helped us tremendously. The team was able to get us in with fairly short notice and went above and beyond to not make us feel rushed. We cannot speak highly enough about the studio, the team, and the experience. We will come back in the future for more lessons. Thank you so much!!!
Ivan was an incredible dance instructor! He worked with my husband and I as we attempted to learn the Foxtrot and Rumba before our wedding in February 2022. He helped us come up with a choreographed first dance the week of our wedding and even met with us outside of normal hours when we wanted a final lesson the day before our wedding. He was very patient with us! We ended up rocking our first dance to the surprise of our guests (and ourselves lol).
