We worked with Sylvia from Dani Beyer Real Estate, and she was absolutely amazing. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of nerves and questions, but Sylvia took her time with us, kept us calm, and was always incredibly responsive. She truly cared about our best interests and went above and beyond, even when I put her up against my own research. We live about 45 minutes outside of Kansas City, and she made the distance feel effortless. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and we even closed in under 30 days. Sunsets, glorious sunsets! And sunshine!! That is what our experience of selling our current home and buying a new one with Asha Abbott gave us! From the decision to look at houses in the Northland with the possibility of selling, to finding our dream home, listing our home and purchasing our new one, we couldn't have asked for better service from Asha. With last minute "Can we go see this house?" to "What do we do now, next, etc.," Asha was always there with a quick answer and follow up. Even with the stress of buying, selling and moving, she was always a text or phone call away. We could not be happier with our new home, and will continue to enjoy the view from our deck as much as possible!!!
