Absolutely top notch from the front staff to the quality of work. Car was impeccably repaired and cleaned when turned over to us. One of the absolute best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Could not be more impressed.
I love love love love love this place. I’ve never had such amazing service. Everyone there is so smart and things ahead three steps. The ladies at the front desk Really know their stuff and understand the process and explain everything very clearly. There’s a sitting room where you can wait and have a beverage and relax while you’re waiting for your car. I was trying to get some Repairs done before a Christmas road trip and they made it happen! They are so considerate - Highly recommend this place! Big shout out to the ladies at the front desk and to Oscar for helping me so much with everything.
I had an excellent experience with Dan's Paint and Body Shop for my Tesla Model 3 repairs. Oscar was incredibly professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring my car looked perfect. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I appreciated how transparent and communicative Oscar was throughout the process. My Tesla looks brand new, and I am very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Dan's Paint and Body Shop for anyone needing top-notch auto body repair!
Dan's was amazing to work with from start to finish. Very thorough communication throughout my repair, and all the staff was respectful and polite. They even offered 3 free 6M wash and wax services. Will definitely refer to others. I only wish they could have fixed a 4" scratch unrelated to my insurance claim, but I could not justify spending $1.4K to fix it. No idea how it would be that expensive. Other than that - I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan's and the repair looks like factory now. Good as new.
I have taken my car here twice after being hit. Both times were great. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me arrange for my rental to and from. The work they did was flawless. I got my car cleaner then it was when I gave it to them, inside and out. Communication was great, it was repaired quickly. You won't regret using them!
