I called thier customer service line to find out if my out of network football game would be shown. The person on the line was so very helpful. Then on top of that when I went into the restaurant area of the establishment the server was exquisite, friendly, and extremely generous. I felt so good to be there that day. The server made me feel like she cared. I will always return with a smile on my face.
I had such a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster's! The facility was impressively clean and well-kept, which made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. The food exceeded expectations-fresh, tasty, and served promptly. Most importantly Kim, Manny and Izzy went above and beyond to make the day special for my girlfriend. They were very kind, attentive, and truly made her day unforgettable. Their personal touch turned a fun outing into a lasting memory. Highly recommend this location for both families and celebrations

He’s the kind of employee every business wishes they had — attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have a great time. From the moment we arrived, Manny went above and beyond. He helped us find the best value for our family, served up delicious food with a smile, and checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. But what truly stood out was his integrity and quick action when one of our play cards went missing. Manny and the management team handled it immediately and made sure we were fully taken care of. Manny is the heartbeat of this location — a true rockstar who defines excellent customer service. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have him!
As a mom of a toddler, I highly appreciated Dave & Busters. She absolutely loved seeing every game and tried to figure out how to play. She had so much fun which means it was a huge win for us the parents. Food was delicious and service was great!
I must have visited on a bad day because my ribs were dry and hard hidden with sauce My steak bowl was fatty, (steak) ,our waiters name was speedy he tried to help !!! so I would like to say thank you to Mr speedy but my food was not up to the part! the rice was a hard rock, which was replaced with a Cajun pasta that only had maybe three shrimp in the bowl, I wanted to really give a one star but I will be back to visit and I pray that I come on the right day but I must say it shouldn't matter what day I come everything supposed to be on point and it wasn't, once again thank you Mr speedy for being our waiter 🙏🏿
