They don't have the biggest building compared to other locations but they still have everything you could want. Our food came out quickly as was great.
So I love the arcade, and Dave and Busters is what started it for me! All of the sense of winning tickets and winning prizes thar are pretty good quality or getting named brand items is so fun and exciting! The credit to game ratio is very fair, and if you go on a Wednesday then every game is half off, which allows you to be there and have a lot more fun and get a better bang for your buck. I am currently at almost 93 thousand tickets and still love going. I never get bored of coming here and awesome time and experience for everyone! The staff is also very friendly and will help you with any glitches in their games and will give you your money back and maybe if you are lucky get a free game as an apology! Now the only part I didnt really care for was the food, some people like it and some people don't. I do not. Although they do have all of the popular sports games or tv shows playing while you eat which is pretty good. The drinks there are also very good. The prices for food are a little expensive though. Overall though an awesome experience and a fun time!
I ended up going to my local Dave & Buster’s twice in one week—first with a few friends and then again with a bigger group from my organization—and both visits were a blast. I’ve been going to Dave & Buster’s pretty much my whole life, and I’ve always loved the variety of games they have. But the new game center they have called The Arena was amazing! What really pushed my review from four stars to five this time was the hospitality. I have to give a special shoutout to Kerry,(I believe) the manager. She was awesome during both visits (Thursday and Sunday). She was super helpful, really informative, and checked in with us often to make sure we were doing okay and having a good time. It made the whole experience feel even better! Because of her and the great service overall, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
We rented out the private room for a game day birthday party. The staff was amazing. Shelby was our server and she did an awesome job. She was super sweet and so accommodating and helpful. The manager (woman with short haircut) was awesome super nice and checked in on us several times. The food was great the only thing was the nachos were cold but still pretty good. I have no complaints. Great job to their staff and team!
Very well maintained building no clutter. Decent amount of parking. A great place for birthday get togethers. Some of the machines need a little bit of maintenance. A little pricey but on Wednesdays it's half price at least in Perrysburg. Did have one issue with a glass bottle being broke outside of the entrance notified staff and within a few minutes with cleaned up.
