I don't know what I would have done without the Los Angeles wedding planner David Pressman, of David Pressman Events. I had spoken with three other planners before David, but minutes into our first conversation, I knew I had found the wedding planner I would work with for the next nine months. His patience, his understanding of what I wanted and what I didn't like, along with his transparency and style, delivered the wedding of my dreams!!! And it certainly didn't hurt that both my mother and my husbands mother loved him because he was so incredibly easy to work with!! Thank you, David Pressman Events!! &I will surely see you in the future for the next event we host!
If you’re thinking about hiring David Pressman, do it. You won’t regret it. He was the planner for our wedding in Los Angeles, and I truly can’t imagine pulling it off without him. If I had a time machine, I’d go back to the day after our engagement and hire David immediately, before all the spreadsheets, stress, or emotional support Google Docs. At our first meeting, I unloaded all my anxieties: juggling a dozen vendors, last-minute changes, people-pleasing, remote planning from the opposite coast.… I was on the verge of a full Jack Nicholson in The Shining moment. Thankfully, David cleared every logistical hurdled with grace and always came to meetings prepared with practical solutions that supported my vision. For the first time in months, I could finally breathe. David isn’t just organized and experienced. He’s diplomatic, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. On top of all that, he’s hilarious and made even the most chaotic moments feel manageable. Every vendor raved about him and often told me, “Don’t worry, David’s on it.” He managed each relationship seamlessly, especially with the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, where he’s a preferred vendor for good reason. I’d always heard that a planner is the best investment you can make for your wedding (and your sanity). Based on our experience, it’s absolutely true. On my wedding day, my partner and I were guests of honor, rather than frazzled hosts scrambling behind the scenes. That peace of mind was priceless. David is worth every penny and then some. If you want someone who will advocate for you and bring your vision to life while keeping you grounded, hire him. Yesterday.
David was a truly exceptional coordinator for my black tie birthday party. He handled every single detail from start to finish and allowed me to just sit back and get excited for my big day. He thought of all the small details that I never would have thought of--like the cutlery!-- and truly elevated the experience to make it feel like something straight out of a magazine. Everybody was raving about the party for weeks afterwards, and I was so happy to recommend David to everyone after that. I know he usually does weddings but in my case, he treated my birthday like it was just as momentous of an occasion.
David designed and executed a perfect wedding and weekend for us. Every detail was covered, and his attention to detail and sense of calm in dealing with Vendors, guests, and brides was incomparable.
We celebrated our wedding a couple of months ago, and asked David to help coordinate. The best thing about him is he took responsibility for absolutely everything- from dealing with the hotel to all the various vendors. We knew from the beginning his experience would be important. The whole thing ran like clockwork, which allowed us to completely enjoy the occasion with our family and friends. We wanted a stress free day, and David made that happen. We are very thankful.
