I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Jesslyn was incredible—so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect bridesmaid dress. I wanted to leave a 5 star review for this place because it is truly amazing! I’ve visited a few bridal shops in town and never even tried anything on because they either weren’t size inclusive or they had very expensive dresses and had high pressure sales tactics immediately! Nothing of the sort happened here at all! They have the best team at this location. Madelyn my consultant was amazing and found me the most gorgeous dress! I never thought I could find anything that would hit all the points I wanted at an affordable price. It was like all the wedding stress just went down several levels bc I knew I had THE DRESS. There was a situation with the sizing/condition and that is where Jo-Nathan came to the rescue. He is such an asset to this store I hope he is being recognized because as a store manager he is just incredible. Everything from the professionalism, to the great ideas, to the empathy, the communication was spot on. I wish all stores I shopped at had a Jo-Nathan managing it! Customer service is highly tested when an issue arises and this manager dealt with it in the best way possible. He made me feel understood, heard, and validated. And he had all the solutions! Just the absolute best! Thank you to entire team at David’s Bridal Austin!!! I will tell everyone who’s wanting a formal gown/dress to come here.
I went wedding dress shopping for the first time at David’s Bridal. Although I did not schedule an appointment, Wilma did an excellent job helping me find the perfect dress! Her ability to connect with me and listen to my needs made me feel right at home. I did not think that I would find my dress at the first store I visited, but I’m so glad I did. Wilma did a great job juggling several walk-ins too! Most importantly she made me feel seen, comfortable, and relaxed. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you so much Wilma! We had an appointment for my daughter today and Mary was just wonderful! She was great about accessorizing each dress tried on for a complete look, worked with us on budget, and was just genuinely a lovely person. We never felt rushed, felt like she listened to what my daughter liked and disliked and was no pressure. Mary made the experience so enjoyable and fun and we look forward to working with her through this process. Highly recommend David’s Bridal and asking for Mary!
I had a great experience with David’s today! I was looking for something simple for an outdoor vow renewal. I came in without an appointment, and they were flexible and accommodating to help me try on some dresses. Mary was so sweet and patient with us. She was quick to step in and offered her expertise.
