David responded quickly and came by the same day to assess the wall and explain what would be required to fix it. He was upfront, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job properly. He stayed until the finish was clean, smooth, and exactly how it should be. David also did an excellent job communicating, checking in with updates while managing other jobs during the day. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the end result to be right. I can’t say enough good things about David’s Precision Painting. David came out the same day to provide a quote after a DIY paint job went wrong over the holidays. He quickly scheduled a time to fix the wall and was professional, honest, and knowledgeable from the start. Once the work began, he ran into several complications (entirely our fault — we really messed it up), but instead of cutting corners, David took the time to properly repair and prep the wall so it could be repainted the right way. He stayed and made sure everything was done properly, ensuring a pristine, flawless finish. Throughout the day, David balanced work at other job sites but consistently kept us updated on progress and next steps. He truly went above and beyond and even took the time to explain proper painting techniques, which I really appreciated. He did an incredible patch job on a fairly large hole, matched the California ceiling texture perfectly and repainted the ceiling with a very fast turn around.
