We had a rodent problem in our roof and made contact with Dawsons. Booking process was easy and the pest controller arrived on time as arranged. We discussed the treatment options and although pricier than other companies we liked the fact that the rats would leave the roof space and die elsewhere. We were told that 1 in 100 houses would have a rat die in the roof space. 6 months later we have had 3 rats die in the roof. Most recently right above our kitchen. We contacted Dawsons in the hope that someone could come and retrieve it - as our own attempts had failed. We were told it would be several hundred dollars for that to occur. We selected Dawsons on the basis that this wouldn’t happen (or was highly unlikely), and were quite shocked that the company wasn’t forthcoming in rectifying the issue. In summary - excellent service for initial treatment, wouldn’t bother with Dawsons if you are at all interested in fair follow up.
Luke provided friendly, professional advice and he was able to do the work immediately rather than schedule the job in for another day which was a pleasant surprise. Great service, easy payment and guaranteed work. We’re very pleased.
Received call from Dawson’s and had a technician arrived within two hours. Very polite and professional. Did a thorough job and provided useful advice to minimise reoccurrence. Very happy with the service.
Excellent inspection. When I booked a termite inspection report I hadn't expected the thoroughness of the approach. Paul patiently went through all of the house interior and exterior, the roof cavity, the underfloor, the out buildings and the fences, it took him some hours but by the end he was able to deliver a very professional report. The communication was excellent, Paul talked through the issues in plain English and the follow up written report and photos arrived promptly.
A great service. I called and was able to book for the following day. Received a call 30 mins beforehand advising time of arrival. Frank and Ricky were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I think this was an excellent service and gave me reassurance about being able to manage my issue with rodents in my roof. Thank you!
