My son's scooter had a flat tire. We called and spoke with Daniel. He told us the price and advised we could possibly find a bike shop that could do the job cheaper. Because of his honesty and straightforwardness, I chose him to do the repair anyway. He did the repair in two days. Great customer service! I would highly recommend DBB Powersports!
I had an amazing experience at this motorcycle tire shop. The staff was fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They helped me choose the right tires for my bike, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road quicker than I expected. The prices were fair, the service was honest, and you can tell they actually care about riders’ safety. If you need tires, mounting, or balancing, this is the place to go. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back for all my motorcycle tire needs!
This place is hands down the best of the best. They have the expert knowledge to change the tires of any electric or motorized bike. I was stranded in Round Rock and everyone, including Harley Davidson, refused to change my flat tire. Daniel Hernandez’s answered the phone and promised to take care of me. My e bile was fixed same day and at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and discounts for military personnel or veterans.
Outstanding customer service! New rider here, I’ve taken 2 lessons so far & learning way more than expected. Daniel is full of knowledge & so inspiring. He’s professional but also super cool & friendly which helped ease my nerves at first. I just bought a Grom & had him install my shorty levers. Thank you for everything, Daniel, I’ll be back for the new tires soon! 🤩
10/10 — if I could give more stars, I would! From the moment I reached out to Daniel at DBB to the moment Tucker handed me my keys, the service was outstanding. I bought a new rear tire from Cycle Gear Austin and brought it in to have it mounted on my bike. I expected to pay the $115 labor fee, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that DBB partners with Cycle Gear Austin — if you buy a tire there and bring it to DBB, you get $20 off the labor. Totally unexpected, but such a great surprise! I 100% recommend them for pretty much anything
