Hope did a phenomenal job helping us buy our dream home. We were on our honeymoon during escrow (a crazy thing to do) and she took charge of the inspections and other escrow-related tasks so we could unplug. She is organized, a clear communicator, exhibits excellent judgment, and is generally a joy and pleasure to work with.
A little over six months ago, my wife and I made a decision to sell our house and move closer to family. We decided to go with a nationally recognized company to facilitate the sale of our home. The fee structure was low/reasonable and the interactions with the agent were easy and straight forward. Unfortunately, our listing agent was unsuccessful in getting people in the door and closing the sale. We decided to regroup and considered using the property as a rental once the home was pulled from the market. We received a lot of solicitations from different agents and companies once we pulled the listing. None of them seemed legitimate, except one; Kevin and Joanna with Dear LA Real Estate - Compass. From the moment we invited them in to our home to discuss the potential sale, we knew things were different than our first attempt. Their level of professionalism, understanding and transparency was proven as they brought in 10 times more potential buyers than our first listing agent. The level of care, strategic planning and attention to detail they demonstrated was exceptional. Due to their efforts, we were successful in closing the sale of our house very quickly. Cannot say enough positive things about Dear LA! As first time home buyers looking in NELA we went into the process with no experience and only basic knowledge of the process.
