As always, we thoroughly enjoy our time at Defy Gravity. Even during a very busy period with kids out of school for winter break, Zuri, Matt, Josh, Mila, Shane, and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job making sure the kids had a great time while still keeping everyone safe. The energy is always positive, the staff is attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both fun and safety.
I've been going here for years. Never had an issue however one day last week I went to the counter from the side said excuse me to the 2 young ladies talking and the one with blonde hair pointed to come around. She wasn't really friendly so I told her I wasn't walking around. I told them that there were 2 big teenagers playing dodge ball in the open space on the trampolines. There was no staff on the floor at the moment to go to. The young man had stepped away. The other young lady at the counter came over and asked what was wrong. I told her my concern was that in the open space there were a lot of babies and toddlers including my granddaughter and that if that ball hit them they would get hurt. She said they could play dodge ball in the open space. But that she would ask them to stop since there were a ton of smaller kids there. No worries I will not be going back. The blonde needs to loose the attitude.
We absolutely love your business!!! My grandkids always have the best time! I LOVE the layout because I can always see my grandkids. Your staff is very conscientious at safety, which is very much appreciated! Your front desk staff is very courteous and helpful! Very nice experience and never a wait in line. I went with my son to take his kids today, my grandkids, and he was very happy that the kids have the special half price annual pass. I also have a friend that is a grandma of the same age and gender of my grandchildren. We bought the pass together, so now we have many options to go to during the week throughout the next year to get our grandchildren together Thank you Defy Gravity!
I moved to Raleigh last year and went here everyday after school or in summer, and it’s actually a pretty good trampoline park overall! The equipment and trampoline set up is great, fun to be around and jump, met some great people here, the staff have fair rules and reasonable amount of kindness although generally don’t give me best friendnergy, entrance smells great, and I’ve had almost no conflicts here. The only things I’d say take away are one time this lady wasn’t able to investigate and scan our passes that were up to date, the springboards could be a little less solid, and the bathroom stinks. I stopped going since I moved towns and got busy with other things.
My kids absolutely love the membership here to fight gravity. The staff does a great job of watching out for the smaller kids and as my kids have grown from being those smaller kids than now being older, they still love going to the trampoline park now that they’re teenagers.Other trampoline parks are more geared towards video games and other game, non-trampoline related activities and yet trampoline parks like defy, gravity or why my kids are so acrobatic and love doing flips.
