I ordered the Margherita (plus sausage) pizza via delivery and it was fantastic! The crust is so light and fluffy and the sauce has a little spice to it. One of the best pizzas I’ve tried. I paired it with Mumm Napa Brut as any classy lady would. 🥂🍕

Came in for a quick dinner before seeing a show and service was super quick and friendly. Charred beans were delicious and the potato pizza was a great mix of flavors. Food came out quickly and back patio was so nice! Great atmosphere.

Solid pizza + wine bar near the SF Masonic. Came with a friend around 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday. I recommend making reservations, as they fill up quickly, even on weeknights! The weather was beautiful, so we snagged a table in their garden patio. We ordered meatballs and the shishito peppers to start, and corn pizza to share. For drinks, my friend ordered a glass of their Vouvray Chenin Blanc, while I took advantage of their non-alcoholic options and tried an NA Negroni and a glass of their NA Riesling. The wines (both regular and NA) were top-tier, especially the Riesling which paired perfectly with the pizza. However, I could pass on the NA Negroni next time. While it was beautiful to look at, it lacked flavor and was too sweet for my taste. The meatballs were surprisingly amazing. They had a rich, savory flavor and were definitely worthy of a repeat order. The pizza crust had a nice chewy char, but the jalapeno and corn flavor combination was a bit boring. The sweetness from the corn felt flat, almost like canned kernels sprinkled on top after the pizza was baked. Perhaps charring the corn beforehand would elevate the flavors here? Overall, Del Popolo is a solid dinner spot if you're already in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't go out of my way for a visit. If you go, enjoy the wine selection and those meatballs!

THE BEST WOOD FIRE PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD! Hats off to the guys stretching the dough bc it’s not chewy at all even to the last bite. I got the pepperoni and the tomato sauce was exquisite. I also added red onions which gave me a one way ticket to flavor town. Don’t hesitate to come here as the staff (shout out to Jordan) is also super friendly!

Amazing! Discovered it during a stay at the Fairmont up the street. Was joining for authentic Italian and was not disappointed. Excellent food, staff and vibe! Can’t wait to go back.
