I recently did a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great, no complaints at all. Unfortunately, the manicure was very disappointing. I spent about two hours there, and the final result on my hands does not look good. The nails are very thick, bumpy, and uneven. At first, acrylic was applied, but it wasn’t straight, so I asked for it to be redone. After the correction, it looked good at first, but later I realized the issues when I was already at work. I ended up paying $120, which is a lot for the quality of work done. I now need to get them removed, and I really don’t think I should have to pay extra to fix something I’m not satisfied with. I hope the salon can take this feedback seriously and improve, because I’ve had good experiences here before. EDIT BECAUSE I CAN’T REPLY : Hello Nee, Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a few important points, as some assumptions made do not reflect my situation. Firstly, I was never informed of this one-week fix policy. It was not explained to me verbally nor communicated in writing at the time of my appointment. Had I been aware of it, I would have been able to make a more informed decision. Secondly, the reason I did not return is simply due to my work schedule. I work approximately 70 hours a week in hospitality, and during the Christmas and New Year period my availability was extremely limited. It was not a matter of unwillingness, but genuinely not having the time or opportunity to come back. Additionally, I would have appreciated clearer communication during the appointment. Nothing was explained to me about how the final result would look visually, not even that thickness was required for support. Had I known the nails would appear uneven and bumpy, I would not have proceeded. The issue was not just thickness, but the overall finish and quality of the work. What disappointed me most was the lack of explanation, apology, or proposed resolution. Even after raising my concerns, there was no offer of a refund, or at the very least an offer to remove the set for free. Given the outcome, I found this particularly discouraging. My feedback remains an honest reflection of my experience. Many people who saw my nails were genuinely shocked by the finish, which reinforced my disappointment. The review was not written with ill intent, but to express how let down I felt by the service received. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, and I hope this clarifies my position.
I got the BEST NAILS EVER from here!!! They are so beautiful, and I honestly can’t stop staring at them. I went with a red cat-eye, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop. Nee is absolutely amazing and so sweet, bless her soul! I’ve been here more than couple of times and I will definitely be coming back over and over again.

I come here every month to get my nails done and I’m always super happy with the service. The staff are really lovely and friendly, and the prices are affordable compared to other nail salons in Brisbane CBD. Today I got a cute polka dot set and I absolutely love it!
I got my nails done yesterday and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH, definitely 10/10. I got acrylic nail extensions with an almond shape and a single colour gel nail. The lady who mainly takes care of my nails was really good at accommodating requests and made my nail shape exactly as I expected. There was a variety of colours to choose from, and I love the colour I picked, which is 261. The price was very VERY affordable, staff were professional and friendly, and the results were incredible. THANK YOU! Honestly, I didn’t expect these amazing nails at this price, but I highly recommend this place. Would love to come back! xx
