I’ve been going to this dental office for over five years, and I can honestly say they’ve been consistently outstanding. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain procedures clearly and make sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, well-run, and appointments are always on time. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or more involved dental work, I’ve always felt confident that I’m in great hands. It’s not always easy to find a dentist you trust long-term, but this team has absolutely earned mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.
Dr. Downs is a wonderful dentist. All of the staff are well trained for their positions and very pleasant. Especially enjoy seeing Dr. Downs take his time to explain to the staff what and how to best perform their functions. He takes pride in his craft and enjoys these "teaching moments."
Another incredible experience at Denver Dream Dentistry! I had some major dental work done last week, and I truly can’t imagine having it done anywhere else. The entire team is not only professional but also so kind and caring — every visit feels more like spending time with friends than a dental appointment. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, but they always plan ahead to make sure I’m completely comfortable and at ease. What a phenomenal first visit. Truly an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The office staff was friendly accommodating and worked me into the very busy schedule of James Downs. From the technology used for the assessment to the genuine care and time that Dr. Downs took to analyze my dental health was second to none and a surreal experience in today’s day and age. In every profession there are a few leading professionals, ground breakers and mentors that stick out head and shoulders above the rest to lead the way. I'm 100% convinced that Dr. Downs is one of them as it pertains to the dentistry. I feel privileged to not only meet but to be able to be treated by a professional like Dr. Downs. What a, one of a kind, gentle, caring gem of a DMD and person. Thank you
